On October 25 and 26, the Packaging & Sustainability Forum took place, an event promoted by the Packaging Institute that we had the honor of sponsoring and hosting in Cajamar-SP, where Natura's Innovation Center is located.
The event's agenda brought together topics of extreme relevance for the packaging ecosystem, primarily focusing on promoting the practice of circularity and sustainability from end to end in material chains. The event aimed to keep packaging specialists updated, providing innovative information to drive their businesses from the perspective of sustainable economy and to stimulate relationships and networking for open innovation.
Our Global Head of R&D at Natura, Roseli Mello, had the opportunity to welcome the participants and emphasized the importance of collaboration and the unification of diverse knowledge and experiences to face future challenges. Roseli highlighted Natura's long-standing commitment to sustainability, exemplified by our refills and investments in circularity. The event was structured as a platform for debates, discussions, and sharing of ideas and actions in favor of sustainability.
Anderson Liba, Packaging Development Manager at Natura, also actively participated in the event, where he presented Natura's commitment to supporting consumers in making conscious and environmentally responsible choices when purchasing our products and packaging.
The Packaging & Sustainability Forum highlighted the importance of sustainability and presented relevant discussions for the future. Over 20 lectures shared experiences and case studies from companies that can be replicated. The event reinforced the idea that we all share the same mission to make a positive impact on our planet, and that collaboration throughout the entire value chain is essential for building a more sustainable world.
