Natura, in partnership with CNPq and IEL, will select a scholarship holder for the INOVA Talentos Program, to work on an Innovation project in São Paulo.
What is the program?
INOVA Talentos is a program aimed at increasing the number of qualified professionals in innovation activities within the Brazilian business sector.
Encouraging the Brazilian industry to remain competitive, diversified, and innovative is the path to the country's development. The INOVA Talentos Program was conceived around these concepts, with the goal of promoting the creation of innovation projects in companies and private research and development (R&D) institutes. The idea is simple: to select, train, and integrate professionals into the market to carry out innovation activities.
About the Scholarship (Prerequisites):
UNDERGRADUATE COURSES:
Administration / Economics / Advertising and Marketing / Engineering
CNPq scholarship holder developing a project at Natura.
ACTIVITIES:
a) Develop/adapt and apply evaluation mechanisms/methods for actions, relationships with startups, and incorporation of learnings/innovation culture
b) Develop and apply internal engagement tools for the theme of innovation
c) Develop and apply instruments for greater contribution from Natura to the external ecosystem
d) Evolution of the Natura Startups Program considering the current scope and new pillars of action: social, environmental, and entrepreneurial stimulation.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of project management; Innovation Management
Having worked or interned at startups - will be a differential!
Workload according to the activity plan agreed upon with the Project Tutor.
Duration: 12 months.
Scholarship amount:
From R$2,500.00
Prerequisite: maximum of 5 years since graduation.
Benefits: on-site meals and access to transportation.
Location: São Paulo – SP
