Natura was the winner in the categories of “Most Innovative Challenge,” “Best Presentation,” and “Best Scalable Solution” at the 5th edition of Innoweeks, an annual meeting promoted by SAP Labs Latin America. The event took place in the city of São Leopoldo (RS) and encouraged the digital transformation of companies. Among the participants were teams from Latin America and the Caribbean who developed definitions, designs, prototypes, and project presentations for logistical and commercial innovation. The solutions proposed by Natura connected with its strategy to use technology to facilitate the connection between end customers and our beauty consultants.
The case presented by the brand facilitates the relationship between end consumers and consultants by allowing customers to quickly find a nearby consultant to speed up product delivery, enabling a faster and more agile purchasing process. The designed solutions addressed concepts of IoT (Internet of Things), innovation, and technologies from the SAP Leonardo portfolio.
