Lais Fernanda Matos Silva is a Graphic Design undergraduate at Unifil - Filadélfia University Center and was the winner of the Crer Para Ver Challenge, which aimed to stimulate the creation of new graphic designs for the brand's iconic products.

As recognition, on April 17 and 18, she had the opportunity to visit Natura and experience up close the day-to-day operations of some areas of the company, with all expenses covered.

During the two days, Lais visited the company's factory in Cajamar, the Nasp building, the company's headquarters in São Paulo, and also the Instituto Natura, an institution that invests in education and receives 100% of the profits generated from the sale of Crer para Ver brand products.

She experienced alongside the Design and Marketing teams at Natura how the creative process for new products and designs works within the company. Thus, Lais was able to see in practice a part of the application of what she has been learning in the classroom.

"An incredible and unique experience," is how Lais described the two days she spent at Natura. The entire Natura Campus and Crer para Ver team thanks Lais for her participation in the Challenge and her enthusiasm in getting to know Natura.

You will be able to see the result of this challenge in the back-to-school campaign in January 2019, when the Crer para Ver brand will launch products inspired by the winning design art!
