Natura, in partnership with IEL, will select 1 scholarship holder (graduated no more than 5 years ago) for the INOVA Talentos Program, to work on an Innovation project in Cajamar-SP.
What is the program?
The INOVA Talentos program aims to increase the number of qualified professionals in innovation activities in the Brazilian business sector.
Encouraging the Brazilian industry to remain competitive, diversified, and innovative is the path to the country's development. The INOVA Talentos Program was designed around these concepts, with the goal of promoting the creation of innovation projects in companies and private research and development (R&D) institutes. The idea is simple: select, train, and insert professionals into the market to carry out innovation activities.
In this call, Natura will select 1 scholarship holder from the INOVA Talentos Program to work on an Innovation project in Cajamar-SP.
