Natura awarded its innovation partners who stood out the most in the 2016 cycle of the qlicar innovation, at an event that took place recently at the company's headquarters in Cajamar (SP).
The qlicar innovation is a relationship program focused on understanding, monitoring, and improving the contribution to Innovation from Natura's network of partners. Through it, it is possible to know in which initiatives each partner is involved with Natura's innovation areas and what their contribution history has been over the years. In this way, the company can strengthen relationships, work on joint development relationships, and map partners with the greatest potential to contribute to new projects.
The award is a development of the qlicar program, which aims to leverage and recognize the performance of Natura's strategic suppliers through performance management and actions for joint development in the various processes of Natura in which they are involved. The attributes evaluated in the program are quality, logistics, innovation, competitiveness, environmental and social aspects, and relationships.
