What is the Program?

INOVA Talentos is a program aimed at increasing the number of qualified professionals in innovation activities in the Brazilian business sector.

Encouraging the Brazilian industry to remain competitive, diversified, and innovative is the path to the country's sustainable development.

The INOVA Talentos Program was designed around these concepts with the goal of promoting the creation of innovation projects in companies and private research and development (R&D) institutes. The idea is simple: select, train, and insert professionals into the market to carry out innovation activities.
