Natura Recognizes Top Innovation Partners of 2015

Natura recently announced the winners of the 2015 cycle of iQLICAR, a program that recognizes the company's innovation partners.

 

The award is an extension of QLICAR, a corporate program for relationship management with partners, which evaluates the pillars of quality, logistics, innovation, competitiveness, environmental and social aspects, and relationships.

 

iQLICAR is not just an award; it is a tool focused on understanding, measuring, and improving the contribution to innovation from Natura's partner network.

 

Through it, it is possible to know in which initiatives each partner is involved with Natura's innovation area and what their contribution history has been over the years. In this way, the company can strengthen relationships, work on joint development relations, and map partners with the greatest potential to contribute to new projects.

 

With the program, Natura also has the opportunity to recognize and give visibility to the partners involved in its innovation processes. iQLICAR provides for the exchange of information and indicators, which also favors the generation of mutual knowledge and the enhancement of partnerships.

In 2015, 169 partners were evaluated in iQLICAR, taking into account their overall performance and the relevance of their contributions to Natura's innovation.

 

See below the three Natura partners that stood out the most this year:

 

Technology:  IPT – Institute of Technological Research

It stood out for its performance in technology projects. In the last year, it significantly contributed to a project for developing ingredients from Brazilian biodiversity waste.

 

Product: Grupo Albéa

Recognized for its contribution to innovation in the development of new packaging in the categories of perfumery, deodorants, and makeup.

 

Cosmetic Performance: CLS – Analytical Technology and Management Systems

It stood out for its performance in quality and relationship aspects, in proving the cosmetic performance of our products.
