The BNDES, in partnership with the Federations of Industries of the States of Pará and Amazonas (FIEPA and FIEAM), will present Instruction Workshops on the preparation of Business Plans for companies and partners interested in the thematic lines of the Chemical Industry Development and Innovation Plan – PADIQ. The events will take place in Manaus and Belém on March 8 and 10, respectively, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
The PADIQ is a joint initiative of BNDES and Finep aimed at promoting projects that encompass technological development and investment in the manufacturing of chemical products. With a total estimated funding of R$ 2.2 billion for contracted operations from 2016 to 2017, PADIQ aims to coordinate actions to promote innovation and productive investments, integrating the available support instruments for financing projects for the Chemical Industry in the country.
The first PADIQ call for proposals is focused on the following segments: additives for animal feed, silicon derivatives, carbon fibers and their composites, products for oil exploration and production, chemical inputs for personal hygiene, perfumery, and cosmetics (HPPC), and chemical products from renewable raw material sources.
