FAPEAM/Natura Innovation Management Skills Development Program

The Selection Process for the Skills Development Program in Innovation Management – FAPEAM/NATURA–CYCLE I has been concluded. The selected candidates were:

 

Aline da Silva Bentes: Holds a degree in Portuguese Language and has experience in managing research, development, and innovation projects. She is currently studying Administration at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM).

 

Liane Lima: Holds a degree in Biological Sciences from São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2012), has experience in the field of Botany, with an emphasis on Plant Ecophysiology, and is currently a master's student in the Graduate Program in Botany at the National Institute for Amazon Research (INPA/MCTI).

Learn more about the Skills Development Program in Innovation Management FAPEAM/Natura:

 

On January 28, 2015, Natura and FAPEAM released a public notice inviting professionals interested in working in the field of innovation management, based on a pioneering model that integrates training with company executives and the execution of activities in an on-the-job model, directly at the Natura Innovation Center Amazon – NINA, in Manaus.

 

The professionals – who will receive scholarships from FAPEAM – will work on topics such as management and contracting of partnerships, fostering innovation, innovation ecosystems, project and process management, intellectual property, and collaboration networks. Among the activities proposed for the scholarship holders are participation in internal and external events to the company, conducting training modules on the mentioned topics, developing projects, and direct interaction with Natura teams and FAPEAM scholarship holders who are undertaking Cycle II of the Program.
