On January 28, 2015, Natura and FAPEAM released a public notice to invite professionals interested in working in the field of innovation management, based on a pioneering model that integrates training with company executives and the execution of activities in the on the job model, directly at the Natura Innovation Center Amazon – NINA, in Manaus.
The professionals – who will receive scholarships from FAPEAM – will work on topics such as partnership management and contracting, fostering innovation, innovation ecosystems, project and process management, intellectual property, and collaboration networks.
Among the activities proposed for the scholarship holders are participation in internal and external events, conducting training modules on the mentioned topics, developing projects, and direct interaction with Natura teams and FAPEAM scholarship holders who are completing Cycle II of the Program.
