On February 25th, Natura Campus held a workshop for the launch of the prototyping phase of the Cleaning Technologies Challenge for Personal Care. The three selected groups had the opportunity to expand the innovation potential of their ideas and plan their next activities.
During the morning session, the workshop agenda aimed to present and discuss content related to the Challenge, such as the cleaning process in personal care; the importance of consumer insight in the product development process, how changes in contemporary society reflect in new products and business models, and how we can align the development of innovative technologies with the creation of meaningful experiences for the user.
At the end of the morning, essential concepts for the prototyping phase were explored. Lean Startup and Business Model Canvas methodologies inspired the discussion on the importance of conducting tests, validating ideas, and rapid prototyping through the development of minimum viable products.
During the afternoon, each group focused on developing ways to validate the hypotheses of the ideas submitted to the Cleaning Technologies Challenge, created a validation plan that will be executed in the next 15 days, and began planning the next activities of the prototyping phase.
