Natura, in partnership with IEL, will select 5 scholarship holders (undergraduate students from the penultimate year or graduates within the last 5 years) for the INOVA Talentos Program, to work on Innovation projects in Cajamar-SP.
What is the program?
The INOVA Talentos program aims to increase the number of qualified professionals in innovation activities in the Brazilian business sector.
Encouraging the Brazilian industry to remain competitive, diverse, and innovative is the path to the country's sustainable development. The INOVA Talentos Program was conceived on these concepts, with the goal of promoting the creation of innovation projects in companies and private research and development (R&D) institutes. The idea is simple: select, train, and place professionals in the market to carry out innovation activities.
In this 3rd call, Natura will select 5 scholarship holders from the INOVA Talentos Program to work on Innovation projects in Cajamar-SP.
