This initiative aims to select 04 (four) candidates, residents of the state of Amazonas, with the purpose of enabling the formation of professional competencies over 12 (twelve) months to act in the articulation and development of the state innovation system.
SPECIFICATIONS
· Maximum duration of 12 months
· “On the Job” development plan;
· Monitoring and involvement in Natura's processes related to innovation management;
· Development of projects aimed at building knowledge on topics related to innovation management in the national innovation system;
· Training on topics related to innovation management;
· Participation in local forums and meetings addressing the topic of innovation management;
· Monitoring and consolidation of learnings;
· Meetings with a “mentor,” selected from Natura's staff, who works with innovation management, for the exchange of professional experiences and guidance;
· Participation in learning groups aimed at fostering the exchange of experiences and knowledge among the scholarship holders and the consolidation of learnings.
SELECTION PROCESS
The selection process will be carried out in the following stages:
- 1st stage - Evaluation of online submissions;
- 2nd stage - The candidates pre-selected in the previous stage will be invited for in-person interactions with representatives from NATURA and FAPEAM at the Natura Innovation Center Amazon - NINA, in Manaus.
The process includes:
· 2 Technological Transfer Scholarships in Amazonas - B
· 2 Technological Transfer Scholarships in Amazonas - C
