NATURA IS A PARTNER OF THE SCIENCE WITHOUT BORDERS PROGRAM AND SEEKS TO FOSTER INNOVATION IN THE COUNTRY.
THE SCIENCE WITHOUT BORDERS PROGRAM (CsF)
The Science Without Borders program is a federal government initiative promoted by the Ministries of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and Education (MEC), through their agencies CNPq and CAPES. The program aims to promote the consolidation, expansion, and internationalization of Brazilian science and technology, innovation, and competitiveness through exchange and international mobility. The project provides for up to 101,000 scholarships for study and research (2012 to 2014) abroad and the reception of foreigners in Brazil. Companies have joined the program with about 25% of the total number of available scholarships.
THE CsF PROGRAM AT NATURA
Natura was one of the first companies to join the program in April 2012, mainly due to its character of stimulating science and technology in areas of our interest, training employees, and forming research networks and partnerships. In this way, Natura is actively contributing to the construction of policies that encourage research and innovation within the scope of international cooperation.
Natura will select students who submit projects to CNPq that align with its research themes and will co-finance such scholarships abroad.
