With a sales force of over one million consultants, Natura realized that just training, even if covering some more technical topics, was not enough for adequate training for recommending anti-aging products.
In this context, Natura, in partnership with Pixellabs, developed an application that, through the analysis of a photograph of the face, assesses the degree of skin aging and recommends the best treatment available for each case.
For this, it took 3 years of research, with 1,030 women, aged 18 to 90, across Brazilian territory, finally arriving at a complex mathematical algorithm capable of evaluating the facial skin considering the state of various aging parameters. The assessment proved to be extremely robust, presenting an accuracy of 95%, validated by dermatologists, which highlights the potential of this tool to assist our Natura Consultants and their consumers in finding the appropriate treatment for each skin condition.
The application Natura Chronos Skin Assessment is already available on the Apple Store for iPhone platform smartphones. In May, the version for Android will also be available on the Google Play store.
