Natura Researcher Wins Innovative Project Category at the 2025 IEL Talent Awards

On December 3rd, Ana Carolina Luccarelli was the winner of the National stage of the IEL - Euvaldo Lodi Institute Talent Award 2025 in the Innovative Project category. This award symbolizes yet another milestone for innovation and sustainability management at Natura.

Developed by the researcher within the scope of the Inova Talentos program, the iP&L Project (Integrated Profit and Loss) broadens the view of results by incorporating environmental, social, and human capital impacts alongside economic performance, serving as a lever for value generation.
This victory validates the importance of tools that translate environmental and social complexities into quantifiable indicators, allowing for strategic decision-making based on sustainability science. The company reaffirms its pioneering role in applying models aimed at regenerative corporate development.
